Key Takeaways
- Subway just launched a limited-time summer promotion that lets guests purchase sandwiches for $1.
- The deal is available exclusively to members of Subway’s MVP Rewards program, which is free to join.
As temperatures heat up across the country, many Americans will head to the nearest beach—and nothing says beach day quite like a sub sandwich. While I’m all for packing a chopped Italian hoagie or classic PB&J in my cooler, nothing compares to a takeout deli sub—stuffed with fresh cold cuts, juicy meat, crunchy veggies, and special sauce—enjoyed under the sun with sand between your toes.
If you plan on hitting the beach with friends or family and a sub in hand this month, Subway has the perfect deal for you.
Subway Launches BOGO $1 Footlong Deal
This month, Subway is serving up $1 footlong sandwiches, giving us even more reasons to treat ourselves to a summer sub—whether from the beach, the park, or the pool chair. From June 12 to June 30, guests can order one signature sandwich and score another for only $1 extra.
If you’re a fan of the new Baja Chipotle Chicken footlong but your BOGO buddy likes Subway’s Meatball Marinara sub, don’t worry. This limited-time deal lets you mix and match chef-crafted subs with your own creations. Regardless of your order, you’ll only be charged for one footlong sandwich, plus $1 extra. (Just note that whichever of your picks costs more is the item you’ll be charged for.)
To cash in on this summertime special, all you have to do is order your two sandwiches through the Subway app or on Subway.com and use the promo code BOGO1.
The only catch? The all-new BOGO deal is exclusively available to Subway MVP Rewards members. But, luckily, it’s easy (and free) to sign up for Subway’s loyalty program—plus you can earn points and rewards for future purchases.
Unfortunately for fans of Subway’s The Beast (also known as the 5 Meat Italian) or the Garlic Roast Beef subs, these two footlongs are excluded from the promotion, as are the brand’s signature Footlong Snacks.
But, frankly, that doesn’t bother me in the slightest. On a hot summer day, I couldn’t be less interested in tackling a pile of Doritos Footlong Nachos. I’ll take a fresh and crisp BLT—in fact, make it two, please.
