Bridget Olson is a food editor with over two decades of combined experience in professional cooking, copy editing, recipe development, and education. Her experience cooking in both restaurants and home kitchens (and living in many different regions) has given her a unique perspective through which she views every recipe and news article she touches. When time allows, she develops recipes and writes personal essays for The Sunny Palate, a food blog she founded in 2013. Bridget lives in Chattanooga, TN, with her husband and kids.
